OC Wellness LLC is a family practice and wellness office, located in Salisbury, Maryland. Our office is accepting patients for primary care and mental health services (including medication management). 

Our NEW office address is 540 Snow Hill Rd., Unit B, Salisbury, MD 21804. 

We offer primary care, mental health services, obesity treatment, DOT, and sports physicals. We offer compassionate and personalized treatment. We take the time needed to listen to your health-related concerns, answer your questions, and educate because we believe our patients are equal partners in ensuring good health.

OC Wellness LLC offers same-day sick visits in the office or telemedicine/virtual appointments.We are dedicated to helping you achieve optimal care and wellness. We do this by way of health promotion and encouraging individualized treatment plans to help prevent chronic illness and disease. Our goal is to see YOU reach your highest health plateau in order for you to improve your overall quality of life.

Se requiere documentación médica para la consideración de la certificación MMCC. También puede enviar por fax registros médicos o referencias al (888) 886-7753 al menos 24 horas antes de la cita. Cumplimos con MMCC, lo que significa que debe tener un diagnóstico calificado.
