OC Wellness LLC is a family practice and wellness office, located in Salisbury, Maryland. Our office is accepting patients for primary care and mental health services (including medication management). 

For your convenience, our office address is 1410 S. Salisbury Blvd, Unit #1, in Salisbury, Maryland. 
We are within walking distance to Salisbury University.

We offer primary care, mental health services, obesity treatment, DOT,  and sports physicals. We offer compassionate and personalized treatment. We take the time needed to listen to your health-related concerns, answer your questions, and educate because we believe our patients are equal partners in ensuring good health.

OC Wellness LLC offers convenient hours with same-day sick visits and telemedicine visits. Our team is dedicated to helping you achieve optimal care and wellness. We do this by way of health promotion and encouraging individualized treatment plans to help prevent chronic illness and disease. Our goal is to see YOU reach your highest health plateau in order for you to improve your overall quality of life.

  • Medicare and most insurances cover TeleHealth visits.
