We offer primary care, mental health services, obesity treatment, DOT, and sports physicals. We offer compassionate and personalized treatment. We take the time needed to listen to your health-related concerns, answer your questions, and educate because we believe our patients are equal partners in ensuring good health.
OC Wellness LLC offers same-day sick visits in the office or telemedicine/virtual appointments.We are dedicated to helping you achieve optimal care and wellness. We do this by way of health promotion and encouraging individualized treatment plans to help prevent chronic illness and disease. Our goal is to see YOU reach your highest health plateau in order for you to improve your overall quality of life.

Medical documentation is required for consideration of MMCC certification. You may also fax medical records or referral to (888) 886-7753 at least 24 hours prior to appointment. We are MMCC Compliant which means you must have a qualifying diagnosis.
